Annual Downtown Newark Partnership Events
The DNP is always looking for partners to supply our year-round calendar of events. Particularly, annual retail events like Restaurant Week (January), Newark’s Wine & Dine Downtown (April), and Downtown Newark’s Food & Brew Fest (July) offer tremendous opportunities to promote your business to the thousands of guests these events draw to downtown. Another fabulous downtown event is the annual Taste of Newark held in early fall. The Taste of Newark has become THE premier restaurant event in the region and has been featured in Southern Living Magazine. Annual City Events
Newark's many annual events serve as additional opportunities for sponsorship. The sponsorship can be title sponsorship, stage or performance areas, activity areas, marketing and promotional material, and/or general sponsorship. Annual events include Community Day, Halloween Parade, Trick-or-Treat Main Street, Newark Nite and Winterfest.
